Payment and Registration

Every accepted paper have to register the full paper by uploading the camera ready file (doc/docx and pdf) and doing payment for the conference fee before fulfilling the registration form not later than 31st March, 2019(Batch 1) or 30th June, 2019(Batch 2)

  • We would like to remind you that accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and scheduled for presentation during the conference, only if at least one of the authors has registered (Full Registration).
  • A registration will only be considered to be COMPLETE after both online registration form and payment are received by the conference committee.
  • Each successful Full/Student Registration includes:
    * Participation in all the technical sessions of the conference
    * Lunch and coffee breaks
    * A welcome reception
    * Certificate of Appreciation (presenter or participant)
    * A tote bag with USB proceedings

Payment Guidelines

  1. For the authors who have more than 1 paper, a full registration is required for the first paper and a 20% discount can be applied to the second and the rest IF ONLY all paper has the same first author(full registered) and presented by that name(not presented by the co-author). 
  2. All Fees must be received in US Dollars (International Participants) which might be converted to IDR and IDR for Domestic Participants. All displayed fees include applicable taxes.
  3. Please indicate paper ID(s) of the paper covered by the paid fee, example: paper ID=02, then you can transfer Rp. 2.500.002 (last 2 digit represent the paper ID)
  4. Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer, TT) also acceptable to the following bank account:

  5. For payment by wire transfer, please send soft copies of the confirmation page and your bank slip to Finance Chair Ms. Silvia Anggreni Purba at creativearts@isi.ac.id.
  6. There will be no refund after payment. However, the registration can be transferred to another person.

Registration Guidelines

  1. Upload the camera ready file (doc/docx and pdf) on CMT system (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CREATIVEARTS2019) and doing payment for the conference fee before fulfilling the registration form not later than 31st March, 2019(Batch 1) or 30th June, 2019(Batch 2)
  2. All participants must LOGIN first to that link and UPLOAD the camera ready file(doc/docx and pdf) electronically by using the EDIT SUBMISSION link. Not using the CREATE NEW SUBMISSION because the create new submission is only for creating and registering new article with new id.
  3. File name for full paper using: CREA-999.docx
    (999 can be replace with your paper ID)
  4. After submitting the camera ready and make a payment, you can proceed to the online registration system and fill in your registration details by following the link:
